Production Times
Each purchase is made to order. I complete most orders within 1-2 weeks of your order date. However, during my busiest times of year my turn around time can longer. If production time is longer than 2 weeks I will notify you via email when you place your order.
If you need to rush an order, please email me indicating your needs. A rush order fee may be applied.
Shipping
All regular price purchases over $98 ship ground rate FREE. Purchases less than $98 and sale purchases will be billed an $6 USPS priority shipping fee.
For an additional cost you can request UPS 2-day, UPS Express or USPS EXPRESS. For speedy shipping email me.
Returns
If for any reason you are not thrilled with your purchase contact me. I offer exchange credit on standard web purchases within two weeks of date of purchase. Item must be postmarked within that time and customer is responsible for shipping. I do not accept returns on Custom Designs.
